Private Equity Portfolio

Our Private Equity portfolio invests in small to mid-size companies in both service and manufacturing. Some examples include cyber security, healthcare, dining, senior living management, B2B, technology and financial services.
Although primarily focused in North Texas, our portfolio includes operations throughout the US and overseas. Along with performance, the social impact is considered for our local community and worldwide partnerships alike.
Energy Portfolio
Growing portfolio, targeting long-term assets that are capable of sustaining commodity price volatility.
Our Energy portfolio leverages existing relationships with quality operators to acquire and develop oil and gas assets. The current portfolio primarily targets both producing (PDP) and proven but under-developed (PUD) mineral assets that offer high risk-adjusted rates of return. The portfolio also participates in the acquisition of non-operated leasehold and working interests located within core shale plays with strong operator activity.
Current oil and gas assets are located in the Barnett Shale, the Midland and Delaware Basins within the greater Permian Basin, the Bakken and Three Forks Formations within the Williston Basin, the STACK and SCOOP plays within the Anadarko Basin, the Haynesville Formation, the East Texas Basin, Western Shelf Fields, and the East Texas Basin Sabine Uplift Fields.
