REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO

We approach our real estate portfolio with the objective of leveraging the expertise of high-quality management teams to produce above-average, risk-adjusted returns spanning across the real estate cycle.

In addition to direct investments, our portfolio includes an allocation to selective privately-held funds to diversify geographically across asset types and offer exposure to more capital-intensive opportunities.

MTE utilizes a hybrid strategic approach incorporating both privately-held funds and direct investments. From development and core acquisitions through value-add/opportunistic endeavors, we engage partnerships and sponsors with our shared values and interests.

Our real estate legacy assets allow us the freedom to patiently invest, develop, improve, own and manage projects we believe will stand the test of time in the North Texas.

TWELVE240 INWOOD

Located in the Summertree Shopping Center, 12240 Inwood Road is a Class A, 35,253 square foot, 5-Story office building located in the heart of Dallas which allows our tenants to be steps away from neighborhood restaurants and a variety of services.

In 2019, MTE repositioned the vintage building into a boutique office complex offering a comprehensive amenity package. Along with the relocation of MTE’s headquarters, the transformation has drawn an array of dynamic businesses that now call TWELVE240 home.
